zingfit is in search of a Senior Recruiter to be part of our team in Louisville, CO. Our company builds and markets the leading scheduling and management platform for boutique fitness studios. We are literally powering the boutique fitness industry. As a fast-­growing, dynamic organization, we’re looking for savvy talent. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment
– Experience with applicant tracking systems and ability to select, implement and roll out a tool within first 30 days
– Commitment to building a diverse pipeline and constructing an interview panel designed to maximize an inclusive lens
– A passion for finding talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
– Proven abilities to attract passive candidates
– Well versed in behavior-based interviewing and matching a candidate’s skills/desires to the needs of the role and company; you want the best for both candidate and company
– A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
– A global mindset and an experiential understanding of the impact both great and poor hires can have on an organization
– Driven by building great teams and in-turn great companies through effective hiring processes
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
– Intellectually curious with a passion for understanding what makes great teams tick
– Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within a quick timeline

How You’ll Make An Impact:

– Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and styles, and implement our recruiting process based on best fit with each individual team
– Work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates to our teams
– Build diverse pipelines of talent through partnerships with various organizations, universities, and other groups encouraging diversity both locally and globally to raise brand awareness to potential recruits
– Keep the business up to date throughout the cycle on key metrics to present that information in a way that is accurate, up to date, and usable by the stakeholders
– You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between talent, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
– Lead the briefing meetings and participate in job scoping discussions
– Attract top diverse talent across diverse corporate roles; experience recruiting for venture, investments or professional services/consulting firms a plus
– This position will report directly to the COO and as the first People Experience team hire will allow for opportunity for growth for the right candidate
